These U-Groove Bearing hold tight to 6mm rod. They can be secured to a surface using 5 16 bolts. I used some PC-7 to mount 6mm rod to various steel rail surfaces and these bearing glide along them super smooth. Great care needs to be taken to mount the 6mm rod to get them parallel and straight.
