Product acceptable, customer service poor

Shaft/bearings are fine, but too tight on arrival. Does not effect product BUT: Needed fast, machine down, paid for 2 day shipping, parts arrived 5 business days later. Customer service is not reachable - no email addresses to contact, no one answers phones or returns calls. Will not buy from VXB again.
