I've been trying to contact you to exchange the wheels you sent. They are the wrong size for my suitcase.

Although the replacement wheels haven't been used yet, they appear to be of a good quality and will, hopefully, last for years.
The only snag was that two sets of wheels were ordered and only one arrived. Brandie was very good about expediting the second set.
