TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called to ask some questions about a sliding rail they have on their website, the woman who answered as well as the manager who I also spoke too had no help to offer, no one who had any knowledge of the products and couldn't answer any questions. This company has zero customer service and they clearly didn't care. Lost my business, my company's business and I will make sure to not recommend this company to anyone in the same line of work as me.
