Wondering how we shall ship your package? You simply choose one of ten different shipping methods from FedEx, UPS or USPS. They guarantee to meet your needs in terms of time and money, even if you need your package next day air (Overnight), Standard, or express they can do it. As for preparing your package, we make sure its packaged and ready to go by the end of the business day and in most cases we ship on the same day you place your order. Note to international customers, we ship worldwide.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order date. Any insurance, shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Items to be returned should be packed carefully. we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

[NB, Nachi, FYH & Hudson Brands] There will be a 15% restocking fee for all these brands. As for the NB Linear Motion Shafts and Supported Shaft Rails are not returnable.
