- In-Stock Part ordered w/Priority Shipping on Thursday AM - Received "Your Order Has Shipped" email that afternoon - Given the short distance, package should have arrived next day, but did not - So I checked the USPS tracker - showed part had not been handed over to USPS by VXB until late Friday afternoon -- some 26 Hours after VXB sent the "Order has Shipped" notice.
When you tell me that my order has shipped, I believe that should mean it's on the truck, not sitting in a box in some holding area, still in your warehouse.
If the parts are in stock and the box has been packed, just get the box on the truck already.
Most importantly, you should not be saying you've put it on the truck if you really haven't. Is this just so you can meet some internal metric? Is lying to your customer worth it? (rhetorical - meaning you don't have to answer)
