Nachi Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep Groove ball bearings are the most popular of all the ball bearing types because they are available in a widevariety of seal, shield and snap-ring arrangements. The bearing ring grooves are circular arcs made slightly larger than the radius of the ball. The balls make pointcontact with the raceways (elliptical contact when loaded). The inner ring shoulders are of equal height (as theouter ring shoulders). Deep Groove ball bearings can sustain radial, axial, or composite loads and because of simple design, thisbearing type can be produced to provide both high-running accuracy and high-speed operation. Deep Groove ball bearings having an outside diameter less than 9 mm are known as Miniature ball bearings. Deep Groove ball bearings having an outside diameter => 9 mm and a bore diameter < 10 mm are known asExtra-small ball bearings. Standard ball retainers (cages) are made from pressed steel. Machined cages are used in bearing operating atvery high speed or for large diameter bearings. Deep groove ball bearings with seals or shields are standardized. They contain proper amount of grease inadvance.

Bearing I Bought July 16, 2012
Reviewer: 2ndguns from Butte Montana
The first order was incorrect not sure where the problem was  yes they would accept a return however the return would cost 10% plus shipping not cost effective.  These bearings were marked and boxed.  The second order was made to get the correct bearings  these were unmarked and the bearings and not boxed.  Both times the shipping costs were too excessive even for the cheapest method.  The shipping option although appearing good did not provide what type of service one would be getting for the cost stated.  All shipping costs were too expensive.

Best Replacement Value November 25, 2011
Reviewer: Moped Medic from Charleston, SC
After dealing with a large number of bearing failures in Chinese Scooters  we decided to try these. They have held up better than expected  and the Nachi Japanese bearings are a good replacement for any bearing in a Chinese Scooter or Moped.

Great Bearing March 18, 2011
Reviewer: Dustin from Lincoln, NE
I picked these up to replace my stock Husqvarna 394xp chainsaws crank case bearings. They were spot on with the stock bearings but the 2 bearings were cheaper then 1 bearing. I am considering purchasing another set just to have on hand. I have bookmarked vxb and plan to return for any other bearings I may need.
