The bearing is mounted on what looks like is supposed to be a swivel flange, yet it is either not or it's seized. Not inspiring for a bearing company! If it's meant to be seized or not meant to swivel then the bearing was inserted into the flange incorrectly because it's not sitting flat and would require some serious force to move or align. but since this bearing has a rounded outside race it really should be able to swivel. This is the last "bearing" I'll buy from VXB.
