After my intial order arrived in the wrong grade I called Customer Service. As I was halfway through explaining the problem the Customerservice gal stopped me and said that "she would personally take care of it!". Less than one minute later I received an email stating that she would would personally resolve this problem. Another minute went by and I got a second email stating that she had pulled the correct items and was packing them for shipment. Another minute and a third email stating that the new shipment was leaving that day. Two days later the correct bearings arrived! That is how customer service is done!
